Technology has changed the face of events over the last five years but new data regulations and a deeper understanding of what actually works is making everyone rethink. 

According to our recent study, spend on event tech is low with nearly three-quarters of respondents suggesting their organisation’s investment made up less than 20% of total spend. Add to that, traditional data collection methods, in the form of surveys and questionnaires, are still the most popular. So, are we really using event technology to its full potential?
