How do you become the best place to work in the events industry?
C&IT's Best Places to Work scheme has been designed to help event agency team leaders develop the best possible working environments for their staff, while recognising outstanding workplaces and initiatives.
The Awards are unique in that agencies are able to benchmark their companies against their competitors. They recognise great workplaces and initiatives making organisations stand out from the crowd, which is now more important than ever.
Being judged by senior HR professionals also allows you to develop your workplace by aiming to create the best possible working environments across the industry. As well as showcasing the best aspects of your workplace to recruit new talent and make your team one that people want to be a part of, the Awards show your employees that they work at the top workplace in the industry.
Winning a C&IT Best Places To Work Award is a great way of celebrating that your teams are working harder than ever to bring your business, and our industry, through this period of uncertainty. The workplaces you have built and the teams that drive them are worth celebrating!
