How do you become the best place to work in the events industry?
C&IT's Best Places to Work scheme has been designed to help event agency team leaders develop the best possible working environments for their staff, while recognising outstanding workplaces and initiatives.
All organisations that enter the Best Places to Work Awards are encouraged to take advantage of a bespoke report containing confidential benchmarks and feedback, offering critical insight from an independent adjudicator into where your workplace excels (and where it falls short).
Entering consists of completing a carefully crafted survey and if you opt to receive the bespoke benchmark report you will take part in a telephone interview as well.
Registration for the 2019 Best Places to Work Awards is opening soon. Please contact
if you have any queries.
The C&IT Best Places to Work Awards
The awards consist of 3 main categories:
- Large Agency (51+ UK employees)
- Mid-Size Agency (21-50 UK employees)
- Small Agency (0-20 UK employees)
Once the awards have closed for entries, the independent adjudicator will decide on a gold, silver and bronze winner in each category.
Entrants will also be considered for additional categories that will recognise outstanding practices around Reward, Culture, Organisational Health and Mental Health, giving you additional opportunities to be rewarded.
Winners will be announced at a drinks reception in central London on during C&IT Summit on 21st June 2019.
Find out exactly how you measure up with personalised benchmarks and feedback. You’ll discover the areas where you’re falling behind, and the areas where you’re better than everyone else.
Once the awards have closed for entries, all entrants who have chosen the benchmark report option will receive a unique and confidential report showing their data against the aggregated scores for all entries in the 2019 scheme.
Please note that you must purchase your bespoke benchmarking report at the time of registration.
