DRP Group managing director Dale Parmenter said Sainsbury's appointed the agency without a pitch to manage its 2010 conference, which will be held in September, following its delivery of last year's event in Birmingham.
Sainsbury's events and engagement manager Suzanne O'Neil said: "Our annual conference is the largest event in our calendar, providing our colleagues with key messages, business goals, rewards and recognition for the year to come.
Following the success of last year's conference and an extremely successful partnership between us and DRP Group, we will be working with it once more to deliver an even bigger event this year."
DRP has also run a series of Sainsbury's Store Managers Roadshows, which took place throughout the UK.
Meanwhile, Wolverhampton Wanderers FC has also awarded DRP a contract to run its end of season awards for the second consecutive year, again without a pitch.
The club's head of marketing and communications, Matt Grayson, said: "The Wolves End of Season Dinner is one of our most important events.
Following the success of the Wolves Hall of Fame event in January, we have appointed DRP to provide production and event management services. DRP's project managers feel like an extension of our team."
