Haymarket won the event, which will take place at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower in Knightsbridge on 29 June, after a competitive pitch.
The event is aimed at UK-based business leaders and entrepreneurs and, this year, will focus on leading and engaging workforces post-recession.
McDonald's Restaurants UK chief executive and the personnel director from John Lewis will be among the speakers at the event.
CBI director of marketing and commercial operations Chris Levy said: "We're delighted to be working with Haymarket on what is one of our most important events, the CBI Business Summit. The event is a celebration of new and entrepreneurial business thinking. We were impressed with Hamarket's credentials and experience in producing informative and dynamic conferences and are looking forward to 2010 and beyond."
