The team is comprised of experts in internal communication, employee-engagement, digital communication, research and measurement and evaluation.
It is designed to offer clients an integrated and coherent employee-engagement solution that features analysis and solution planning, engagement strategies and communication activity.

The council includes branding and marketing expert Richard Tolley and research and evaluation specialist Max Willey.
