Aimed at senior and middle managers with pan-European buying responsibilities, the event will cater for 250 delegates and cover four different themes.
It includes a networking event as well as a series of sessions addressing business travel issues and industry best practise and solutions.
Also planned is a mini-MBA programme that will put 20 buyers through a training programme from the US business school, Wharton.
