DRP Group managing director Dale Parmenter said that carrying out 30 CSR projects, making 30 environmental improvements, recruiting 30 additional staff, mentoring 30 young people and adding 30 square feet more of office space are among the 30 challenges he has set for the agency.

Parmenter is also targeting a 30% increase on last year's turnover of £10m and £1.5m net profit.

"It's an ambitious target but it's realistic," said Parmenter. "We have 15 new clients so there's no reason why we can't achieve it."

Balfour Beatty is among the clients that the agency won last year and Parmenter said the engineering company was set to be among the first of its clients to hold an event at DRP Group's dedicated team-building property in Worcester.

"Balfour Beatty is looking to use the site in the very near future and Sainsbury's was our first client to hold an event there a few weeks ago," he said.
