The agency has teamed up with a Swedish company that has already trialled the system with clients including Unilever, Procter & Gamble and KPMG.
Bluehat will deliver its first live activity in London next week for an IT services client, ahead of the official launch of the new service at International Confex.
The event allows teams in different countries to collaborate or compete simultaneously in live activities.
Bluehat managing director Tim Shepley said: "We've had a lot of requests from clients for a system that allows people across different nations to take part in a shared experience, whether they are in New York, London or Tokyo. The idea is to create the exciting buzz of teamwork and unity across boundaries.
"In the past, multinational companies may have transported people around the world to attend events like this, but economic and ecological concerns mean that is no longer necessarily the case. Also, the globalisation of the economy means that we in the UK will work increasingly with separate offices in countries such as China and India."
