The business win is one of several that the experiential agency has secured in the early part of 2010.
TRO has also won a second brief for a government department's exhibition and a new client in the office supplies sector that is planning a product launch across three countries in 2010.
In addition, the agency has been reappointed for two years by an existing FMCG client, in a contract estimated to be worth £1m.
TRO chief executive Rob Allen said: "It's great to hit the ground running at the start of a new year and, of course, we're hoping to sustain the momentum over the coming months."
The clients cannot be named at this stage, he added.
