The conference, to be held in London Olympia on 23-24 February, will look at the effect of the recession on staff motivation and incentive programmes, with the unveiling of the CIPD's annual survey, Reward Management 2010.
Case studies from organisations such as Virgin Media, Carphone Warehouse and NHS Employers will also be presented to delegates.
CIPD reward adviser Charles Cotton said: "These are interesting times for reward specialists that face many different types of challenges in 2010. Firstly, the recession has meant a lot of newly imposed regulatory changes that have to be complied with. But it has also raised many core questions around linking reward to individual and business performance.
"For those professionals grappling with these tough questions, this conference offers a great opportunity to hear how different companies are revisiting their strategies and how they'll be approaching rewards in the coming 12 months."
