The five-star property has established a ‘reactive' sales team to handle direct business enquiries.
Renaissance London Chancery Court Hotel's former social event sales executive Lucy Sikora and Katie Lerwill, who was previously an account manager at venue-finder Pro-ven, have been recruited as sales managers for the reactive sales team.
The new team, which sits alongside ‘pro-active' and social sales teams, is headed up by the hotel's senior sales manager, Charlotte Chapman.
Recent growth in the ‘pro-active' market, which includes existing accounts and new business, has prompted the property to promote Heather Stephen from the post of corporate sales manager to senior sales manager (corporate and incentive travel), and recruit Marriott sales executive Madelyn Giuseppini to the role of pro-active sales executive (MICE).
The three teams are supported by new sales co-ordinator Sonia Cervera-Delgado, who previously worked in Jumeirah Carlton Tower's reservations department.
