The agency, established three years ago by former Grass Roots and Maritz director Chantal Orlik, saw its turnover increase by 102% to £859,273 in the financial year up to June 2009. Its pre-tax profits also rose by 77% to £125,121.
Worldspan Motivation, which is part of Worldspan Group, is targeting further increases in the current financial year.
Worldspan Motivation managing director Orlik said: "The first four months of the new financial year were good and we are now responding to a number of tenders. I hope we have as good a year as last year. Our ambition is for it to be better, although we know it will be hard work."
The agency, which specialises in live communications, change management and recognition programmes, has focused on the public and pharmaceutical sectors.
Orlik said the agency's growth was a result of the client relationships established by her experienced team of four full-time consultants.
