The three products - Primary, Premium and Customised Professional - in Grass Roots' new portfolio offer its clients web-based events registration system that is secure and carries the client company's branding.

Grass Roots delegate management services managing director Giselle Ripken said the new delegate management system would enable clients to use the information they collected on delegates for marketing activity and relationship building.

The system also allows delegates to enter personal details once regardless of the number of events they attend.

"Client requirements can range from simple registration and badge production for up to 500 delegates to a multi-language, multi-tax and currency bespoke delegate management service capable of managing hotel bookings, room sharing and attendee profiling along with extensive post-event reporting for 1,000-plus delegates," said Ripken. "We wanted to make the development process simpler and faster, and provide added value for our clients while ensuring we can offer flexibility throughout the process."
