The group aims to add at least 20 staff to its 200-strong events division by January after significant business wins in the automotive, office-equipment and pharmaceutical sectors.
Zibrant will be the main beneficiary, with the remainder joining P&MM and AYMTM. The new staff - including event directors and managers - will be spread between Motivcom's Milton Keynes, Canterbury, Derby and Amersham offices.
Motivcom divisional managing director for training and events Nigel Cooper said: "In the past three months, we have secured 25 new clients across the group. It has been phenomenal growth.
"We were early adapters to the changing environment. We refocused our business to ensure we were understanding client needs and delivering cost-effective, but very beneficial, solutions."
