Jaz Hotels reveals plans for 15 new properties

Jaz Hotels, Resorts & Cruises has announced expansion plans that will see it add 15 new properties in Egypt, including six hotels offering 1,000 new rooms in the resort of Sharm El Sheikh by early 2010.

The new launches include the new four-star Sol Y Mar Sharks Bay, which opened its doors yesterday, located ten minutes away from Sharm El Sheikh International Airport and close to the beaches of the Red Sea.  

The group has also finalised a deal to manage three new hotels in a new five-star beachfront resort in the Nabq area of Sharm El Sheikh, offering over 600 rooms across the entire complex. The new properties will be added to its Sol Y Mar Riva World brand.

Other planned properties include the opening of the Jaz Royal Taba and the launch of two five-star deluxe Nile cruise ships. Located on a its own beach just 12km from the Taba border and the Gulf of Aqaba, the Royal Taba will be a five-star all-inclusive hotel.
