The agency booked 1,387 events in September and October, compared with 985 in the same two months of 2008.
Conference Care director Andrew Deakin said clients were taking advantage of current rate reductions to book future events.
This was supported by evidence that average 24-hour delegate rates had decreased 10% from £137.87 to £124.34, with average lead-in times extended from 56 days to 79 days, said Deakin.
"Clients are increasingly confident about booking events for the future because venues' terms and conditions have become more flexible and can be negotiated," he said. "Conference Care has won a number of new accounts, which obviously has an impact, but the indication appears to be that corporate clients believe market conditions have stabilised and this is reflected in the figures."
