The group, which also included Peppermint International Event Management and River Marketing Travel and Events, flew to Cairo on BMI's Premium Economy service and was hosted at the Four Seasons Nile Plaza on the first night.
Ground activities were co-ordinated by DMC A&K and included visits to the Pyramids, Sakkara and Sphinx, an evening felucca cruise on the Nile and trips to the Egyptian Museum, citadel and bazaar as well as a site inspection of the Manial Palace and gardens.
The group was hosted by Four Seasons Cairo at the First Residence for the remainder of the event.
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts associate regional director of sales Jan Arnold said the trip was designed to offer agencies a "destination with an exotic flair within a five-hour flight from London".
"Cairo offers a unique experience and it can be done on a much smaller budget than long-haul destinations," he said.
Peppermint International Event Management business development manager Rodney Lee said both of the Four Seasons hotels offered "excellent service with superb food".
"Cairo offers select groups something different from the typical five-star destination," he said.
First Event operations director Carolyn Spencer said both hotels offered groups something unique:
"Four Seasons Cairo at the First Residence, being more intimate and classical in style, is more suited to small incentives or individuals and the Nile Plaza is more contemporary so it's suitable for larger incentive groups and conferences."
BMI flies daily from Heathrow to Cairo.
