The changes see Ainsley Procter switch from UK group operations manager to take the same role at the agency's Paris office.

Procter will be replaced at the UK office in Marlow by former group project manager Amanda Johnston.

As Grass Roots France group operations manager, Procter will be working under head of global events Nick Bender and reporting to global development director Debbie Donaldson.

Bender said: "Ainsley has been part of Grass Roots for 13 years and her extensive operational management experience made her a natural fit for the new role."

Meanwhile, newly-promoted group operations manager Johnston, who has been with Grass Roots for 11 years, will report to Grass Roots operations director Karen Giles.
