Saunders is seeking a "right-hand person" to take on a director role at the London agency, which employs six. The remit will be to focus on future strategy and business development.
"We have identified a lot of talented people and spoken with them but we have to make sure they are right for our client base and strategy," said Saunders. "At the start of the year, those who had a jobs in senior positions were hesitant to move. But people are now more confident about 2010, so I have to appoint someone soon."
