The semi-permanent structure will be located between Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire and available to hire from April next year.
Collective Minds is also recruiting a new event director and senior party planner for its London office.
Shaun Rowlands was appointed to head up the London office last December but left after six months.
Collective Minds founder Tom Goodwin said: "His role was to bring in new business but it didn't work out."
Account wins with luxury car dealer HR Owen have helped Collective Minds remain on track to hit its target turnover of £900,000 in 2009, he added.
The agency is also managing the launch event for Mappin & Webb's new Old Bond street store on 28 September.
