Grass Roots appoints global development director

Grass Roots has appointed Debbie Donaldson to the new role of global development director.

Donaldson was previously international development director at Grass Roots' head office in Tring.
 
Her remit will involve development of the Grass Roots events and communications global proposition, working with 16 offices worldwide to drive growth and develop multi-national accounts. 

Donaldson will report to global head of events Nick Bender, and will be based in Grass Roots' Marlow office.

Bender said: "Debbie is a tremendous addition to the team and her energy, drive and experience will really help us expand our proposition across the globe."
 
Grass Roots also recently appointed Alexandra Piper as an account director to work on several of the agency's key healthcare accounts. 

Piper moved across from Lifescan EMEA, part of Johnson & Johnson, where she spent five years.
