The conference is being held at Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre on 8 September and is being chaired by COI director of live events Simon Hughes.

Senior events managers from the brands will also advise delegates how to extract the best from events and negotiate beyond price to deliver value for money.

Guidance on developing long-term relationships with suppliers and producing events that meet specific briefs will also be on offer from the clients.

The corporates will advise on creating cost-cutting content at the conference, at which the London Fire Brigade, the Law Society, Cancer Research UK, Sledge, and Haymarket Media Group are also presenting.
