The venues will work together to promote their collective offer. This will involve running a series of weekend-long events to enable corporate firms and agents to experience some of Greater Manchester's more unusual conferencing and event facilities.

Anthony Zvirblis, sales manager at Ramada Manchester, Salford Quays and spokesperson for Quays Conferencing said: "We will be hosting two major events for the industry over the next twelve months and feel confident that pooling our resources will pay dividends for all partners."

He continued: "Greater Manchester was recently revealed to be one of the most cost effective places to host conferences in the UK by conferencing experts Oxford International.  If you combine this with the unique offers available amongst our partners we have a strong case for saying we have one of the best conferencing facilities in the UK."
