Shell's contract with Grass Roots will be in place for three-and-half years and the agency's remit is to provide a full range of services including venue-sourcing and event logistics to production and communications.
Among Grass Roots' upcoming work with Shell are two large events in 2010.
Grass Roots global head of events Nick Bender said: "We are looking forward to delivering events for Shell all over the world."
