The event, themed ‘One British Gas', for British Gas' information systems and business processes division, was run by Line Up.

British Gas staff were divided into four groups of 200 and heard about future company developments through a series of walk-through presentations led by British Gas management staff.

Line Up built and designed a number of presentation spaces for the event. Each was supported by AV material and presented by experts in their fields.

British Gas chief information officer David Bickerton said: "This was an important event that required us to deliver a clear and conscious understanding of our One British Gas Strategy."

Line Up managing director Duncan Beale said that events provided an ideal medium to communicate the company's messages.

"Communicating internal change is all about transforming employee mindsets, which is something that events can do more powerfully than any other medium," he said.
