
Ruff has this week taken up the post of head of experiential and Smyle commercial director Rick Stainton said his remit was to canvas the industry.
Smyle has launched a dedicated experiential department following a 35% increase in experiential work.
We have done a lot of experiential work in the past six months but it was reactionary, said Stainton. A lot of our clients have asked us to do experiential work for them and we’ve had about £1m worth of enquiries in the past few months.
Stainton said Smyle anticipated bolstering the experiential division with new recruits in line with new business wins.
