BREMONT AT GOODWOOD
Event: Client hospitality
Group: Size 30
Date: 11-13 July 2008

Overview: British luxury watch manufacturer Bremont debuted as the official timing partner for the Goodwood Festival of Speed's Hill Climb in 2008.
To leverage its sponsorship, the brand invited 30 guests, including key resellers and press, over three days to experience VIP hospitality and an exhibition dedicated to British aircraft and motor vehicle design.
Guests enjoyed the hill climb along with the event's other highlights, including the Forest Rally and trials-rider Dougie Lampkin taking his motorcycle through Goodwood House. The Hill Climb saw cars race along a tree-lined avenue and turn to pass in front of Goodwood House, before climbing a steep and narrow estate road towards Goodwood's equine racecourse on top of the South Downs.

Verdict: "We received excellent coverage both from our time-keeping sponsorship and the hospitality incentive. It was a fantastic way to develop relationships with our resellers," says English. "The great thing about staging an incentive around the Festival of Speed is the event provides entertainment and we can focus on looking after our guests and spreading our message."
