Pickled Egg won the Quintessentially British account following a four-way pitch.
Samsung's display division will hold Quintessentially British 2009 for its distribution sales staff from 28-30 August.
Samsung senior management will join 30 incentive winners at Crouchers Farm Hotel in Chichester.
The event will include a countryside tour, a private box with a professional tipster at Goodwood races, and a beach barbecue.
Pickled Egg director Ricky Knight said: "A lot of our clients are within the IT sector and we've had a pretty miserable time of late with companies pulling incentive budgets. But we've had more inquiries in the past six weeks than in the past six months. Incentives can often be perceived as jollies, and people often forget that if they are designed and managed correctly, they deliver solid business results."
The agency is currently also pitching for event accounts at Sanyo and Sony.
