Expo Congress Hotel has opened today in Budapest with meeting space for 250 delegates.

The four-star Hungarian hotel is located next to the Hungexpo Budapest Fair Centre.

Expo Congress Hotel offers 160 rooms, a restaurant serving Hungarian dishes and international cuisine, panorama bar, spa and fitness facilities.

Meeting space includes three conference rooms, including two dividable rooms with capacity for 250 delegates.

Mellow Mood Group (MMG) owns the property, which opened under the Congress Hotels brand following a refurbishment.

MMG plans to open three four-star hotels in 2010.

Buddha Bar Hotel Klotild Palace, a five star hotel, is also set to open in Budapest next year.
