The agency's turnover grew from £1.1m to £3.2m for the year ended December 2008.
Its pre-tax profits grew from £25,553 to £88,979 for the same period.
Altitude managing director John Saunders said growth was helped by account wins with the Ministry of Defence.
However, he added: "We expect to see a slow-down because of the recession and people can't be seen to be doing certain events at the moment."
Meanwhile, the agency is looking to grow its senior team with a new operations manager/director, and a further director appointment.
