Transport for London (TFL) has re-appointed Inntel to supply accommodation bookings and venue-finding services.

The specialist venue and travel solutions provider won the contract following a competitive pitch after the account went out to tender for the first time in ten years.

Inntel managing director Douglas O'Neill said: "To be re-awarded this contract after working with TFL for ten years is testament to the high levels of service we have shown the company. We are proud of our long-term partnership with TFL and that our ability to deliver the right solutions has enabled us to retain the contract."

Inntel has received the HBAA billback kitemark, confirming the company complies with the HBAA Best Practice Code for billback transactions.

DO'Neill said: "The kitemark gives us and our clients official recognition that Inntel has a concise understanding of each party's roles and liabilities when handling client funds and centralised billing services."
