Vauxhall has appointed TRO to create a series of regional events to promote its sponsorship of the fifth series of Britain's Next Top Model.

The Vauxhall Style Catwalk Events will be held at Westfield London, Manchester Arndale Centre, Newcastle Metro Centre and the Birmingham Bullring between 25 April and 16 May.

The events will be hosted by the TV show's presenter Lisa Snowdon, and a feature regional modelling competition, the Face of Tigra, plus a catwalk fashion show.

Vauxhall marketing manager small cars Kathryn Gould said the show was a good fit for the brand. She said: "It's about teaming up the most stylish show on television with stylish cars from Vauxhall. Bringing the programme to a wider, live audience, while maintaining a strong fashion context, is the natural extension of our marketing strategy."

TRO will be responsible for devising the overall concept, sourcing venues, guest management and the production and logistics for each event.
