IT service company Fujitsu Services awarded BSI its Gold Services Provider award at its second Annual Awards Ceremony.

BSI's award followed its participation in the second year of the Fujitsu supplier management programme.

BSI was evaluated against a set of weighted criteria including quality, health and safety, environmental and corporate social responsibility, governance and compliance, people and technology.

The awards dinner was held at London's Kingsway Hall Hotel last month, and was hosted by Fujitsu Services director of sourcing and supply Guy Allen.

Fujitsu Services head of services John Moss said: "The BSI team deserves a lot of credit in achieving gold, providing a service that is very emotive for our staff and that has gone through a number of initiatives in order to maximise our ability to get the best rates."

BSI's Fujitsu account manager Nicole Sheekey-Jones and BSI Group managing director Trevor Elswood were present to collect the award on the night.

Elswood said: "We are delighted to have received the award, which is a tribute to our relationship with Fujitsu and our ongoing dedication to meeting clients' needs and exceeding expectations."
