SWITZERLAND: Event management firm MCI Group has bolstered its incentive offering by partnering with South Africa-based Uwin Iwin.
The move is designed to help MCI build longer-term consulting roles with its corporate clients, which include Hitachi, Nokia and Renault.
The move will enable MCI to extends its offering beyond corporate and trade events, while Uwin Iwin will be able to extend its international reach into the 31 territories where MCI has offices.
The agency has also restructured its European offices to cater for association, conference and corporate event markets.
Cathie Cusin and Richard Torriani, joint managing directors of the Geneva office, are also to hold respective vice-president titles - meeting and events, and professional congress organisation. Nikki Walker, managing director of MCI's Brussels office also becomes vice-president of association and consulting business.
MCI chief executive officer Sebastien Tondeur said: "This structure will ensure an even higher level of quality of service within our main areas of expertise and the development of an even more specialised product offer."
