Business with Shell, Samsung, BT, Sony, BAA and Vodafone contributed to Imagination's 21 per cent growth in turnover for the year ending August 2008.
The agency's UK division reported an increase in turnover of 25 per cent for the same period compared, up from £37.1m to £46.6m. The international company's overall turnover for the year ending August 2008 grew by 21 per cent to £74.4m, while gross profits grew by 18 per cent to £20.5m.
"These significant improvements were the result of increased work being undertaken by the company," the agency said in its directors' report filed in April. "The directors' aim is to maintain the management policies which have resulted in the group's substantial growth in the year. They are well aware, however, that the significant change in global economic activity could well restrict their ability to achieve those objectives for the company."
