BCD Meetings & Incentives has expanded and restructured its EMEA senior management team.

The team now comprises six vice presidents responsible for 11 territories.

Among the restructure is the appointment of former CWT Events EMEA director Gloria Spotti, who has been recruited to the post of vice president client services Spain, France, Italy and Switzerland.

She is also heading up the agency's work in the pharmaceutical sector.

Spotti joins vice president client services Benelux Guy Verbist, vice president client services Germany and Nordics Kai Bendel, vice president client services UK and Ireland Angela Levitt, vice president business development Karen Johnson, vice president creative communications EMEA Kate Braxton, and director quality control management EMEA Stephanie Bendel.

BCD Meetings & Incentives managing director Shaun Casey said: "We have been working towards this new structure for some time. The appointment of Gloria Spotti will greatly support our strategic growth in Europe and add considerable strength to our pharmaceutical offering."
