WPP-owned Fitch Live has announced new business wins from BP, HP and Visa.

BP has awarded a range of briefs to Fitch, to provide solutions across its Drillings and Completions, Engineering and E&P PSCM (Exploration and Production Procurement and Supply Chain Management) divisions.

The agency's work for BP will include handling the Drillings and Completions global biennial conference this year, with responsibility for design, production and logistics. Elsewhere the agency has said it will be providing "consultancy and design support across BP's live event programmes and internal communications initiatives".

Meanwhile, Visa has appointed the agency to deliver an as yet unspecified event for the brand at this years' Mobile World Congress at Barcelona's Fira Montjuïc venue later this month. The work is designed to highlight Visa's capabilities in mobile phone applications. Fitch currently works with Visa Europe.

The HP appointment is for the IT giant's EMEA roster and comes after a competitive pitch.

Fitch Live managing director Paul Cowan said: "It has been a great start to the year. We are delighted to be able to add value on such important projects. The current climate is a challenge, but our focus remains firmly on doing the best possible work with the emphasis on strategic effect."
