Congress Centre has announced record sales for 2008. The purpose-built conference and events venue in London exceeded its end of year sales target by £200,000 with corporate clients including Microsoft, Yahoo! and Apple all choosing the venue for 2008 events.
The events venue hit its actual sales target for 2008 at the end of September and recorded room occupancy rates running at an average of 78% over the first nine months of the year.
Congress Centre's conference and sales manager Ruby Lyall said: "2008 has been a great year for us and exceeding our sales target in the current economic climate so significantly has been a remarkable achievement. It's a fantastic end to what has been a great year for us."
