THA shortlisted for IVCA award

African CSR event for TNT puts agency in final

Agency THA has been shortlisted for an International Visual Communication Association (IVCA) award for its work with client TNT

The event saw THA create a bespoke African safari incentive ‘Challenge Africa'. This was a 5-day project linked to TNT's global sponsorship of the World Food Programme (WFP). As part of the event, participants worked with WFP employees in a village in central Tanzania helping to construct a rain-harvesting tank that collects run-off water from roofs of local school buildings and preparing and serving food for 970 school children.

THA Group joins a shortlist of six finalists in the Live Events category of the IVCA Clarion Awards 2008. Winners will be announced at an award final being held at the British Film Institute in London on 26th September.

IVCA chief executive Marco Forgione said: "I congratulate THA Group in being shortlisted. The quality of entries this year was incredible. The judges have recognised the high calibre of skills, creativity and innovation in addressing THA's client's needs."
