MCI Glasgow to lead UK-wide PCO operation

Former Meeting Makers directors to head Scottish office

MCI has taken its UK office presence to four with the set-up of a Glasgow base, staffed by former Meeting Makers directors Lynn and Graham Samson.

The two become joint managing directors of MCI Glasgow, reporting to MCI UK managing director Jennifer Jenkins. The Samsons remit is to lead the development and delivery of business in Scotland and also of PCO business across all of the UK.

Jenkins said of the appointments: "Lynn and Graham Samson are veteran PCO practitioners and will make a very significant contribution to our PCO business across the UK. Our staff in London, Petersfield and Belfast are looking forward to working with them."

MCI Group president Roger Tondeur added: "We are committed to growing our presence in Glasgow. It is an exciting city destination and we have many friends and supporters there. Having candidates of the calibre of the Samsons on board will ensure that we grow the business - and fast."

When C&IT approached Meeting Makers, no one at the company was available to clarify whether the Samsons' positions will be refilled.
