THA names COO and digital head

Agency THA Group has made two senior appointments as it looks to reinforce its client support and extend its digital marketing offer. Richard Moore joins as chief operating officer, responsible for client programme delivery and support teams at THA. He has held a variety of top level operational roles, most recently at the BBC and Oxfam International. Moore’s initial duties include a brief to recruit additional operations staff and represent the delivery and support function at board level. Meanwhile, Justin Hall joins THA from BI where he spent eight years leading its technical solutions strategies. With a background in web and digital media strategy in financial, technology and automotive sectors, he previously worked with GMUK and with Holden in Australia. Hall’s remit is to develop THA Group’s digital solutions portfolio. THA chief executive Darren Gilbert said of the appointments: “For us to deliver compelling incentive and motivational programmes for clients, we need robust operational experience and creativity, qualities that our latest recruits possess.”
