Beetlenut adds two more clients

Beetlenut has bagged two new clients - construction company Atkins and mobile media company 3Retail - in the latest of a series of account wins. The Buckinghamshire agency is organising a conference for 3,000 Atkins staff in October 2008 based in the UK. Beetlenut client services director Debbie Bragger said it was working in partnership with agency Associated Conferences & Events to run the event. Beetlenut is also running a roadshow throughout England for 3Retail. The show will comprise four day-long events in different locations at the end of October. About 430 3Retail store managers are expected to attend the shows, at which an annual business update will be delivered. “We have six weeks to put the entire event together so it is quite short notice,” said Bragger. Existing client, office supplies company, Staples has appointed Beetlenut to run a conference and trade show at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole on 9 October. It is expected to draw 200 store mangers from throughout the UK and 27 suppliers, who will exhibit their products. In recent months, the agency has also secured projects with existing clients Shell, De La Rue and TK Maxx. “We work really hard at maintaining relationships but we also carry out high-quality work and provide support to our clients whenever they need it,” said Bragger.
