Hillgate Travel rebrands MICE arm

Hillgate Travel has relaunched its MICE arm, with a new name, logo and literature as it looks to target the small meetings market. The move sees Hillgate Incentives rebranded as Solutions and the renamed outfit’s first move has been to create a new brochure aimed at corporates, downloadable from its website. Angela Beetlestone, who has worked for the company for 14 years and is credited with launching and running its successful Thames Valley office, has been appointed divisional director. “Hillgate Solutions will initially be marketed to existing clients, predominantly within the niche, up-scale financial industries,” said Beetlestone. “It is within this sector that we identified the substantial and growing demand for the small meetings market.” The relaunch is in response to evolution of the C&I sector and growing demand from clients, Beetlestone added. “The incentives and events market has expanded in recent years and more and more work is being requested by clients in the small meetings sector,” she said. “We wanted to reinvigorate and update the division to more accurately reflect the range and scope of services demanded. As many companies now want small meetings expenditure integrated into consolidated travel reporting, we are able to meet this need through the expert reporting capabilities of our parent company.”
