Stranack to take the reins long-term at A.C.E.

Amanda Stranack is to take on the day-to-day running of Absolute Corporate Events long-term, following the death of founder and chief executive Tim Gasson last month. On confirming the news, operations director Stranack said: “It is still early days and there still various legal and accounting procedures to complete, but the business has been left to Tim’s family and his sister and father will remain as company directors. Tim invested as much time as he possibly could in the company and no one wants to see that good work go to waste.” The announcement follows Gasson’s passing in May after a fatal car crash.
