Hyperactive bags Vodafone Uefa work

Agency Hyperactive has been appointed by Vodafone run the communications giant’s hospitality programme around this year’s Uefa Champions League Cup final. Hyperactive is charged with levering Vodafone’s status as an official partner of the competition and will cater for some 850 guests from Germany, Italy, Spain, Hungary and the UK. The agency is responsible for all ground-handling, including reception at the airport, transfers, accommodation, ticketing, dining and a bespoke Vodafone post-match celebration. Hyperactive has worked with Vodafone since 2001, with previous projects including conferences and hospitality around the company’s Formula One headline sponsorships. “We have enjoyed working with Vodafone and the Champions League Final is set to raise the bar even further for the corporate hospitality sector,” said Hyperactive managing director Lynda Fletcher Emptage. “With guest satisfaction a key measurement of success, our team have been exhaustive in ensuring all eventualities are catered for. This will be one of Hyperactive’s most prolific events to date.”
