Rebranded Eventia gears up for CEA

Trade association Eventia is gearing up for its first awards to be produced under its new branding, as the Corporate Event Awards takes place next week. Eventia executive director Izania Downie said that tickets for the event, taking place at London’s Hurlingham Club on 30 November, have sold well and there is keen speculation amongst UK event organisers as to who this year’s Best of Breed agencies and suppliers will be. Meanwhile, the former ITMA Awards, now rebranded as the Eventia ITM Awards, return to Grosvenor House on 2 February and ticket sales are already underway. “Focusing exclusively on events held overseas, these awards act as a magnet for both the leading players who have submitted entries, and their suppliers who are keen to take advantage of a prime corporate hospitality opportunity,” added Downie of the C&IT-backed event.
