Conference Oxford launches new website

Conference Oxford, the only bureau for the city’s University and its colleges, has announced the launch of a new website. The new-look website makes it easier for event organisers to find out about the choice of venues available to them through the bureau, from venues steeped in history like Queen’s College (founded in 1341), named in honour of Edward III’s wife Philippa, to state-of-the-art venues like the Said Business School. Conference manager Sally Dunsmore said: “We receive hundreds of enquiries every week from organisers about the University and its colleges. The website allows organisers quickly and easily to look for a venue which suits their particular needs, and find out more about what Oxford has to offer event organisers.” The site allows organisers to fill in an enquiry form on-line, submit questions to the bureau team and find out about the latest special offers. “Oxford University and its colleges combine the historic with the contemporary making it the perfect destination to inspire and most importantly it is accessible to all,” added Dunsmore. “Conference Oxford offers a free venue finding service, making it the one-stop enquiry point for event organisers.”
