New board director for First Protocol

First Protocol has appointed Julian Clarke-Jervoise as director of business development and member of the First Protocol Group board. Clarke-Jervoise joins from exhibition and event marketing agency Rapier Group, where as director of sales and marketing he was instrumental in growing the offering and client base. With over ten years’ experience at the forefront of event marketing and communications, Clarke-Jervoise joins First Protocol with the brief to build on the success to date and to expand both the service offering and client portfolio. “The First Protocol team and I have known each other for over five years,” said Clarke-Jervoise. I’ve seen them grow considerably over this time and the opportunity to join them plus help shape the future of this now transatlantic company was too much to turn down.” First Protocol chief executive Richard Waddington commented: “Julian is a great asset to our company, bringing vast event marketing, design, exhibition and strategic communications knowledge to our board and team. While we are enjoying our busiest and most successful year to date, we have ambitious plans for the future that require precision in leadership and hands-on service delivery. Julian brings this and I’m extremely pleased he agreed to join us.”
