P&MM hits top spot for second year running

P&MM, the Milton Keynes based marketing services company, has claimed 30th spot in the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For 2006, a leap of 14 places on last year's listing. P&MM was the first company in the performance improvement industry to achieve this accolade – last year – and remains the only such organisation to feature in the top 100 list. Companies were judged on merit in five categories including leadership, wellbeing, belonging, giving back and personal growth. P&MM director John Sylvester commented: “This is a superb testimony to the team spirit and commitment of our staff. Over the past four years P&MM has continued to develop and grow dramatically, and this is due in no small part to the excellence of our staff. To have moved up 14 places in the space of a year demonstrates how committed we are to creating a positive working environment and practising what we preach.”
