Visit Scotland ups profile in London to improve service

Visit Scotland is appointing a London-based sales manager to better serve its core business clients. "Approximately 85% of enquiries come from London so it makes sense that we have someone in the capital to harness relationships," said Visit Scotland marketing manager for business tourism Scott Robertson. The position will be filled by April. Visit Scotland is also in the process of integrating the eight Scottish CVBs under the Visit Scotland umbrella. "Buyers will now have one contact instead of eight," said Robertson.
